Electrical Plans for Commercial Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a qualified electrician or electrical engineer to create comprehensive electrical plans for my commercial building. I have partial plans available. The project includes:
- Adding circuits for a 30A 240V disconnect for HVAC (this will need to be designed for outdoor installation)
- A 120V 20A disconnect for a 2-way communication
- GFCI installation on existing breaker
- Replacing a 3-phase 200A disconnect for an elevator controller (this will be a like-for-like replacement)
- Providing dedicated circuits for pit lighting
- Sump pump installation
- GFI all 120V/20A circuits
Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with commercial electrical systems and circuit design. Familiarity with creating plans that comply with safety regulations and building code is crucial. Please only apply if you can provide high-quality, detailed plans that a contractor can work from.
