Electrical Panel Design and Component List for Pallet Shredding Machine
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to design an electrical panel and provide a component list for our pallet shredding machine project. Full documentation required.
- The panel must meet specific requirements outlined below:
When the motor is overloaded, the machine should reverse for 5 seconds, after which it returns to normal operation (forward).
Control cabinet with the following buttons: Start, stop, emergency stop.
Ability to connect up to 3x safety switches.
Additionally, it should be possible to lock with a padlock during cleaning/service.
- The machine have one small Gearmotor:
Power: 7.5 kW
Voltage: 3x400V
Speed: 80 RPM
