Electrical Engineers for Diverse Projects

I'm seeking intermediate-level electrical engineers for a long-term project. The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of circuit design, power system analysis, control system development, as well as experience in PCB design, Arduino, FPGA, Raspberry Pi, and Verilog/VHDL.
