PV Electrical Engineering work needed to complete the drafting of an already installed Solar Panel System on a Home

An array of solar panels system has already been installed on a rooftop along with the rest of the components including the inverter and connected to the existing electrical panel. The owner of the property is now trying to obtain the permit from the city. The location of the home is in Granada Hills. Some drafting has been done and partial submittal to the City. There are some comments provided by the City and are to be addressed before the next submittal.
