Electrical Engineering Candidate Sourcing

I need a freelancer to source candidates for electrical engineering positions in Germany.

Work Environment
▪ Location:
– 1x Munich area (ideally based locally)
– 1x Nationwide (ready to travel Germany-wide)
▪ Work Type: Field service – Monday to Friday on construction sites
▪ Travel:
– 100% field-based (typically Mon–Thu/early Fri)
– Travel compensation and paid accommodations provided
▪ Contract: Full-time, permanent
▪ Working Hours: ~40 hours/week
▪ Salary: €40,000 gross/year
▪ Additional Compensation:
– Holiday & Christmas bonuses (tenure-based)
– Paid hotel, per diem, travel reimbursement
– Company vehicle for field work
– Full workwear and high-quality tools provided
Role Overview
As a field-based technician, the role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of building smoke extraction systems. The job is hands-on and project-based, requiring high travel flexibility, technical precision, and strong reliability.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of smoke extraction systems
▪ Work on control cabinets and electrical systems in commercial buildings
▪ Troubleshooting and field repairs
▪ Ensure system compliance with safety and technical regulations
▪ Represent the company professionally on-site with clients
▪ Team-based project execution (2-person teams)
Must-Have Qualifications
▪ Completed vocational training as Elektriker/ Mechatroniker or similar
▪ Valid driver’s license
▪ German language skills at least B1
▪ High travel readiness from Monday to Friday
▪ Solid understanding of electrical systems and basic controls
Nice-to-Have Skills
▪ Experience in building smoke and heat ventilation systems (RWA)
▪ Background in control cabinet construction or SPS programming
▪ Familiarity with industrial facility maintenance and safety standards
