Electrical Engineer with understanding power generation and hazardous area applications

we are seeking a competent person that can assist us in detailed RFQ for ordering PMG type generators with suitable excitation system. we run off mechanical engines with pneumatic instrumentation so there is no auxilliry power supply for AVR etc. a understanding of ATEX and IECex preffered. before we proceed we would like to have a teams meeting or other to run through what problems we have had to date and the solutions we think possible based on different scenarios. budget is flexible to the right aplicant with possible regular projects including panel drawing designs etc
