Electrical Engineer for Arizona Homes Solar Design

I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design a solar panel installation for a residential home in Arizona. The ideal candidate should have expertise in solar panel installation design and be able to create a completely new design for the project that takes the geometry of my roof, and my existing electric panel into account. The underlying objective: generate power, store power for emergency use (grid failure). My neighbor had a system installed by a supplier and is now 2 years into the process, and only installed but still unconnected.
