Electrical Design engineer

3 year project for the full design of up to 300 properties, full electrical design and emergency lighting design. Works included but not limited to :

a) Design drawings
b) Electrical loading calculations
c) Volt drop calculations
d) Fault level analysis, and earthing arrangements
e) Cable selection calculations including circuit protective conductors
f) Calculations sizing main and sub-main distribution systems and distribution boards, together with all necessary switchgear
g) Calculations sizing and rating electrical equipment
h) Calculations for internal lighting
i) Calculations for external lighting
j) Calculations for emergency and escape lighting
k) Any other information or calculations as may at any time be required by the Engineer.
l) Design drawings to a scale of not less than 1:50 together with comprehensive detailing of all manufactured systems and components to be incorporated.

Technical submittals shall include a description of the system, employer’s requirements, design criteria, component dimensions & specified performance, supporting drawings, and manufacturer’s data
