I am in need of an experienced electrician to perform a residential electrical installation project, specifically focused on lighting. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Expertise in electrical installation and wiring for residential properties
- Knowledge of lighting systems and components, including LED and smart lighting
- Ability to perform electrical work in compliance with local safety codes and regulations
- Experience working with a variety of lighting fixtures, including ceiling lights, wall sconces, and pendant lights

The project will involve the following tasks:

- Installing new lighting fixtures in various rooms of the house, including the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen
- Replacing existing light fixtures with more energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing options
- Running new wiring to support the new lighting installations and ensuring proper electrical connections and grounding
- Ensuring that all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations
