I am facing a communication issue between my signal-sending device and the PLC. The device is a screwdriver, which sends a digital signal to the Schneider TM221 PLC. I have confirmed that the PLC is operational and have tested both PNP and NPN configurations without success.
Key Tasks:
- Diagnose why the PLC isn't receiving signals from the screwdriver.
- Provide solutions to resolve the issue.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, particularly Schneider TM221.
