Electric Bicycle battery build

I am looking for a freelancer to help me build an electric bicycle battery with the following requirements:

Battery Capacity:
- I am looking for a battery capacity of 40AH
- The battery should be compatible with a 48V system.

Battery Type:
- I require a Li-ion battery for my electric bicycle.

Range per Charge:
- I am looking for a range of more than 60 miles per charge.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building electric bicycle batteries.
- Knowledge of Li-ion battery technology.
- Understanding of 48V systems.
- Ability to design and build a battery with a high capacity and long range.
