Efficient Project Management Enhancement

I work for a company in Algeria as an engineer, the company manufactures and imports electrical accessories such as switches sockets and lamps. I was recently given responsibility of organising a structure that coordinates and follows up the new products that the company works on. Some of the new products are sourced from China some of the products are designed in Algeria for production. The team consists of employees from different departments a designer electrical and electronic engineer mould expert …etc.
We always have delays in launching new products due to missing organisation.
So I was given the responsibility of organising the team , coordinating, and creating a system with deadlines for the team.
Aimed at improving the efficiency, communication, and collaboration of the project, I am in need of a skilled project manager.
Objectives:
- To increase efficiency: I need techniques brought in that can help maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- To improve communication: Innovative methods are welcome for improving communication between all teams and levels of the organization.
- To enhance collaboration: Propose strategies to make the collaboration easier, effective and more spontaneous.
Time Frame:
There is no time limit for the completion of the project. Thus, the focus should be on quality and not speed.
Ideal Candidate:
I don’t have previous experience so I am looking for someone to help me.
The ideal candidate for this job should have a proven track record in project management using MS project or a similar software, someone who used before slack or Microsoft teams for communication and their expertise on excel should be high. Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools and time management methods is crucial. Besides, the candidate should be recognized for being capable of improving efficiency in project performance. Expertise in project management software and technologies could be an added advantage. Also, It would also be great if the person has experience in manufacturing and electrical background.
