Efficient Outrunner BLDC Motor Design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm in need of a proficient Electrical Engineer to assist in the design of an outrunner Brushless DC(BLDC) motor specifically for electric vehicle propulsion. The motor should be able to efficiently operate at low speeds, below 1000 RPM, and round about 100V with power output around 10kW (5kW, 500RPM nominal). While crafting this BLDC motor, factor in the number of slots, poles, turns, cable's mm3, insulation thickness, and precise core and magnet dimensions.
Essential:
- Proficiency in motor design, particularly BLDC type
- Experience in designing motors for electric vehicle applications
- Knowledge about efficiency optimization techniques
