ETAP Power system studies

I am looking for an expert to complete a power system study utilising Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Motor Starting, and Transient Analysis. The successful freelancer will need to have a good depth of experience in power system modelling and analysis, and the ability to adapt to and adhere to client's guidelines. I have some guidelines that need to be followed, but I am also open to suggestions. The expected timeframe for completion is more than 2 weeks.
