EOT Crane Full Maintenance Service
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Routine maintenance is due on our EOT overhead crane, and I want the job carried out in one visit, if possible, with minimal downtime to production. The scope covers the full electrical system, all major mechanical components, and compulsory safety checks in line with current standards.
Persistent issues have appeared recently: the bridge occasionally travels with erratic, uneven motion, and the control panel sometimes fails to respond to pendant commands. Both matters must be diagnosed and resolved during the service so the crane returns to smooth, predictable operation.
For clarity, the job is considered complete when the following items are delivered:
• A written inspection report summarising electrical, mechanical, and safety findings
• Corrective work that eliminates the erratic movements and restores reliable control response
• A signed safety checklist or certificate confirming the crane is ready for daily use
Bring your own calibrated tools and common spares; any major replacement parts can be supplied once the fault is confirmed. I can schedule the shutdown at any time this week and will supply access equipment on site.
