ECP Bed Power Problem Solution

I need help with an external counter pulsation ACS NCP Plus (ECP) bed. I've ran into a problem where the bed is not showing any signs of power. When trying to turn it on, nothing happens at all. There haven't been any recent changes, incidents, power surges, or physical damages that could explain this malfunction. Despite this, the bed is properly connected to a working 15amp power outlet.
