Multiple patterns (static, pulse, wave, chase, etc.)
Bright enough for stadium visibility, but not rigid or hot
Connect to a phone
Bluetooth (BLE is fine)
Phone can:
Turn jersey on/off
Select light patterns
Adjust brightness / color
Your internal team handles the app — freelancer only needs:

Wiring routed safely and flex-relieved
Replaceable or serviceable if possible

This can be:
