• Try to explain the difference between open-loop and closed-loop scalar control system. You might explain it e.g. by showing the induction motor mechanical characteristics (hand-made drawings/notes are also acceptable).

• Is it possible to directly control the stator currents in the applied scalar control method ?

• What control method could be applied to the converter-controlled induction motor drive to obtain direct control of the stator currents ?
