Direct Logic 205 programmer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
direct logic 205 programmer needed to help set up a parameters on a small injection molding machine.
I purchased a custom built injection molding machine that has a Direct Logic 205 controller and I do not have any manuals or wiring diagrams, so I looking for someone to assist me in setting up the program. It appears the previous owner of this machine may have deleted some of the settings in the controller.
I am willing to get my hands dirty in the process. I am somewhat technical, but this project is a bit over my head.
Everything on the machine is hooked up and ready to be programmed, but as mentioned when I purchased this unit from an used equipment dealer he was upfront that it did not have any manuals nor wiring drawings, but I am willing to do the leg work on my end to help get you the info you need as far as sketching up a basic drawing in AutoCAD if needed to lay out the switches that need to be controlled.
So in a nutshell we have the following on the machine:
A hydraulic pump motor that will need the controller to activate existing switches that will open or close valves.
3 electric heaters on the part of the machine that melts the plastic will need to be controlled by temperatures. ( Note 3 displays on front panel )
So long story short.... I need someone just to guide me a bit to get some basic operations on the machine and once I have a general understanding of the parameters and the process to set them then I can take from there.
