We are looking for an experienced professional in MEPF and Structural Design with strong expertise in calculation-based engineering design. The scope involves precise analysis and accurate sizing across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Structural systems.
Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing)
• Airflow calculation and duct sizing
• Plumbing water supply and pressure loss calculations
• Pipe sizing for hot/cold water and drainage systems
Electrical
• Power & Lighting: Load calculations, lux level design, DB & panel board schedules, earthing, lightning protection
• Life Safety: Fire alarm system design as per NFPA/local codes
• Security: CCTV, access control, surveillance system layouts
• IT & Communication: Structured cabling, data/voice networks, server room design
• Public Address: PA and voice evacuation system planning
Structural
• Structural load analysis and framing design
• Structural detailing and sizing
• Coordination of structural design with MEPF systems
Requirements:
• Proven experience in calculation-driven MEPF and Structural design
• Strong knowledge of international design codes
• Ability to prepare detailed calculation reports and sizing sheets
Deliverables:
• Comprehensive engineering calculation reports (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, Structural)
• Code-compliant, optimized designs ready for implementation
• Detailed design calculations (load, voltage drop, short circuit, lux levels, earthing)
