Design Task Part 1 FSK Receiver (Digital Frequency Modulation)

Job ID: 39375963

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

Hello, I am supposed to create a short documentation about frequency modulation. 1. Analysis of the task, questions, and problems
2. System concept 4. Circuit design (LT-Spice)
3. Separate difficulties and problems
4. Implementation
5.1 Commissioning
5.2 Results and test cases
5.3 Analysis of the results and measured values

Task:
Design, simulate, and implement a circuit for receiving and decoding a frequency-modulated signal, which is transmitted, for example, via the household power grid. Use the block diagram discussed in class along with the example circuits as a basis and dimension them according to the requirements given below. If necessary, expand the circuits with additional functional blocks.
Document and defend your approach or design decisions with photos, diagrams, measured values, circuit diagrams, simulation files, etc., as well as a description according to the design task evaluation scheme in the IServ task module.

Requirements:
Signal strength of the input signal approx. 100 mV
The signal frequencies are 30 kHz (logical "1" or "high") and 15 kHz (logical "0" or "low")
• Available supply voltages: +18V, +15V, +/-15V, +/-9V, +5V
• The output signal should reach TTL level, OV for "low" and 5V for "high"
• Visualization of the output signal using an LED
• Only analog components may be used, no electromechanical components, no microcontrollers, no timers
