Design Heating/Cooling System for Fermentation Tanks

I'm seeking an experienced engineer to develop a heating and cooling system for my 4 jacketed fermentation tanks, each with a capacity of 2000 liters. The job deliverable should include a schematic of the entire system, encompassing pipelines, valves, pumps, and the logic for operation. The tanks have two states, Fermentation ( 28C) and Chilling ( 2C). We should be able to set the tanks indepndenty of each other.

Key Specifications:
- Each tank has a volume of 2000 liters.
- The cooling and heating process will utilize Glycol.
- The control system for managing the temperature will be an Automated PLC Control.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in designing cooling and heating systems, preferably for fermentation tanks.
- In-depth knowledge of glycol as a cooling and heating medium.
- Proven track record working with Automated PLC Control systems.
- Excellent skills in creating detailed schematics for system design.
