Design an Electrical configuration to increase the efficiency

I have a project on Wireless Electrochemical Detection. I will attach the full circuit in the attachment for my project, what I need is that I have to take 3 different configurations from that circuit and try to make it more efficient with the analysis for each configuration in the PSpice program after that some basic calculations on the efficiency for each configuration.

I wanna 3 configurations with 3 different antenna (weaker and stronger antenna) with the same sensor or weaker and stronger sensor or with batter or without then simulate the only part in PSpice to get the results and some basic calculation on the efficiency of the part

what I need is to do 3 different configurations to enhance the efficiency with the analysis from PSpice and the calculation for the efficiency.

I don't need the whole simulation for the circuit only the part u will work on.
