Design of Boiler Control Panel

I need you to help me design the boiler control panel, I will provide instrument data and sensors used to be controlled through this control panel. I need a wiring diagram, bill of materials and design placement of all electrical control panel parts inside and on the control panel box.
The boiler that will be designed for the control panel is a firetube type boiler, diesel combustion, and the boiler capacity is 1 ton per hour
