Design Advanced Air Traffic Control Radio Receiver

I'm seeking an experienced radio technology engineer to design a specialized air traffic control (ATC) radio receiver. The device will be used in airport control towers and needs to operate within the 100MHz - 500MHz frequency range.
Key Features:
- Multiple Channel Receiver
- 8.33KHz and 25KHz channels
- FM Receiver with 80dB adjacent Channel rejection minimum
- frequency stability of +/- 1ppm or better
- sensitivity of -117dBm (0.32uV) or better (12 dB SINAD)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in radio frequency design and electronics
- Experience with noise reduction technologies
- Familiarity with air traffic control communication requirements
- Strong background in developing multi-channel monitoring systems
