DIGITAL REFRACTOMETER SENSOR ASSEMBLY
This project is for technicians or engineers who are capable of building a digital refractometer assembly: CMOS or CCD/PRISM/LED/MICRO-CONTROLLER.
We are a start-up company in a process of building a multi-parameter instrument, which contains a digital Refractometer Sensor.
The sensor will be later integrated with a PCB, which will have other sensors attached to it.
The purpose of the sensor assembly is to converts the refractive index of a food sample to % brix.
There are many digital refractometers in the market; however many of the sensors are big in size.
Our specs are as follows: The sensor assembly must not exceed
20mm x 25 mm x 15mm in size
OTHER SPECS
- from 0 - 20 degree brix,
- Precision ±0.1%;
- Resolution 0.05%
- Output Method: Digital
- Sensor assembly must be calibrated and fully tested for correct reading.

Experience in prism sensors, firmware, micro-controllers is a must
