Custom Metal Golf Cart Shed

I'm seeking a skilled contractor to design a custom metal frame shed for my golf carts. The shed design will require a brick facade and asphalt shingle roof. The opening on one side wall would have to have a 14’ garage door and the other wall will require two 6 foot bi fold doors. The gable ends will be closed. The shed should also include electricity for charging the carts and lighting.

I need the plans to provide to a HOA to get approval for construction permits and to provide to an experienced builder for final construction.

Requirements:
- Custom-designed, not a standard or portable shed
- Made of metal
- Incorporate electricity for charging

- Electrical installation knowledge
