Custom In-Ear Earbuds with Light Rumble

I'm in need of a pair of in-ear earbuds with a light rumble effect. The purpose of this rumble is to create a slight noise in my ears that will assist in blocking out telepathic communication. The ideal candidate for this project would be someone with experience in audio engineering, product design, and ideally, some understanding of unconventional audio needs.
