Crusher Plant Cable Routing Design -- 2
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m coordinating the C&I / electrical works for the crusher section of a cement plant in India and need hands-on help finalising both the design and field execution of the cable tray system.
Scope of work
– Produce a clean, clash-free layout that shows every tray run, drop, and support detail around the crusher and its auxiliaries.
– Supervise or directly carry out the physical installation to be sure the trays follow the approved drawings.
– Generate all associated documentation: the complete IO list, updated JB schedule, and clear wiring diagrams.
– Issue a cable schedule that lists, for every run, the cable type and size, exact cut length, and confirmed routing path.
Deliverables (to close the job)
1. CAD drawings (DWG/PDF) covering plan, elevation, and section views of the trays.
2. Signed-off installation report with photos.
3. IO list, JB schedule, and wiring diagrams in XLS/PDF.
4. Master cable schedule including type, size, length, and route for each circuit.
Everything has to align with the cement plant’s existing standards and Indian electrical codes. If you already work comfortably in AutoCAD or similar and can be on-site or guide the crew remotely during installation, this should be a straightforward assignment.
