Create "soft start" power supply

We are looking to hire someone to create a “soft start” power supply for our needs. We need it to be specifically the DC to DC type, with a form factor that won’t be too large but is also within reason. The power supply must also have a minimum output current of 1A or higher. The goal is to create a reliable and efficient power supply that will meet our standards. IMPORTANT: This project ONLY is meant for a particular worker to bid on. If you are not that worker, DO NOT BID.
