Create a circuit diagram for me

I need a circuit diagram that fulfils the following conditions:
1) It must be controllable via a program (it doesn't matter if there are already open source programs for this or if I have to create one myself - it just must not work via a mechanical operation).
2) All products in the circuit diagram must be purchasable in Germany.
3) All exact products must be declared (e.g. controller Designation).

These are the exact specifications:
The circuit diagram is to be drawn within the white box (see attachment).
1:
Can be connected to 10 or 19.
Vmax: +/- 40V
Current: +/- 120mA
One wire.
2:
Can be connected to 9 or 18.
Vmax: +/- 40V
Current: +/- 120mA
One wire.
3:
Can be connected to 10 or 19.
Vmax: +/- 40V
Current: +/- 120mA
One wire.
4:
Can be connected to 11 or 12,13,14,15.
Analogue signal
Voltage Range: +/- 6 V

To avoid complexity, only one connection is possible at a time.
This means e.g.
1 cannot be connected to 10 and 19 at the same time.
11 cannot be connected to 4 and 7 at the same time.
etc.
