Controlling Linear Brushless Motor Actuator via Electrical Current Changes

We use a linear actuator with brushless motor to push at differing pressures at a specified timing that never changes, only pressure changes. We are evaluating new actuators and need to test and refine code that controls the device. Code is on PI zero and uses Chinese BX1 controller. Engineer must have test lab where actuator can be hooked up and evaluated as we change the code.
