Control System Design for Car Turntable
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Need a control system including enclosure that needs to be designed. The Control System Needs to meet the following Criteria:
1. weather proof enclosure.
2. ability to have variable speeds programmed.
3. soft start and soft stop for motor speeds.
4.ability to have programmable degrees of revolution for turntables I.e. 90* from start position or 180* from start position.
5.must meet Australian electrical standards
6.Indicate all necessary earthing points for controller and turntable frame
7.Bom List for components
8.provisions made for the addition of an LED lighting strip to go in turntable surrounds with remote control
9. stop switch and manual drive toggles for controller door
10. remote control for turntable ( are you able to use same remote for lights and tuntable?)
11.overal supply demand
12.cable sizing
13. protective devices to meet Australian Standards.
14. if the cabinet could be designed in a way that it is easy to be put together
