Control Circuit for G+1 lift (elevator)

I am looking for a freelancer who can design a control circuit for a G+1 lift (elevator) for a standard residential building. The main purpose of the control circuit is to control the movement of the lift.
Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of the specifications and safety requirements for standard residential lifts
