I’m taking on a full-scale makeover of my 1,000 sq ft residential property and want an experienced contractor to handle the job from strip-out to final finishes. The scope covers the entire house—kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and every space in between.
Key work areas
• Electrical: upgrade wiring, install additional outlets and modern fixtures, and bring everything up to current code.
• Plumbing: relocate and add supply/drain lines for a re-imagined kitchen and an improved bathroom layout and additional bathroom/laundry
• Layout changes: frame and finish new room divisions where needed, adjust door and window placements.
Finishes (paint, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, etc.) will follow once the core systems are in place, and I’m open to your material recommendations if they help keep quality high and timelines realistic.
