Complete Electrical Design Package for Turnkey Prefabricated Concrete Houses
Budget: €800 – €1,500 EUR
Hello,
We are looking for an experienced electrical designer / electrical CAD engineer to prepare a complete electrical design package for turnkey houses.
For the first step, we would like to give one paid project to the right person. If we are satisfied with the quality of the work, communication, accuracy, and delivery time, there will be an opportunity for many more similar projects, because we are a growing construction company.
Our company, Betonstaal Bouw Kft., works with high-quality prefabricated concrete wall and ceiling/slab panels. The houses are assembled from factory-made concrete elements, also known as a Wand/Decke wall and ceiling panel system.
Because of this construction method, the electrical planning must be very precise. After the concrete panels are manufactured, they cannot be easily chased, cut, modified, or corrected on site. If modifications are possible at all, they can cause high additional repair costs for us. Therefore, all electrical points, cable routes, conduits, wall boxes, penetrations, openings, and technical requirements must be planned correctly before production.
In this system, cables and conduits can generally only be routed vertically up or down inside the wall panels, while horizontal routing is mainly done through the suspended ceiling / ceiling installation area. The electrical design must be prepared with this construction method in mind.
Important: we work with a European electrical system, 230 V / 50 Hz, commonly referred to as 220 V, and 400 V three-phase where required. The design must follow applicable EU / European and local electrical standards. This is not a 110 V / 120 V system.
The goal is to receive a complete electrical design package, so that nothing is missing electrically from the turnkey house. This is not only about placing sockets and switches on a floor plan. We need a professional who can think through the full electrical needs of the building and also add or suggest anything important that we may have forgotten to mention.
The required documentation must include:
complete electrical layout plan
technical description / technical specification
execution drawings / construction drawings
complete circuit design and circuit allocation
exact cable routes from the distribution board to the electrical points
wall elevation drawings / wall view plans to support the structural/statics team
drawings showing the required conduits, wall boxes, cable entries, penetrations and openings in the prefabricated concrete panels
all documents needed to clearly understand and execute the electrical work before production and installation
The electrical plan should include, for example:
sockets / power outlets
switches
lighting points
LAN / internet cable points
TV / data points if needed
power supply for electric shutters / blinds
air conditioning power points
heating system electrical points
heat pump power supply
underfloor heating control points
room thermostats, usually placed near or above the switches
solar panel preparation / connection points
inverter location and required cable route if needed
distribution board / electrical panel location
outdoor sockets
outdoor lighting points
power for gate, intercom, terrace, garage, technical room, garden and other outdoor areas if needed
any other electrical points or solutions necessary for a complete turnkey house
We will provide an example ZIP file. This ZIP contains examples of the documentation, drawing structure, quality level, and level of detail we expect. Please review the example ZIP carefully before sending your offer, because the final work should be prepared in a similar structure and quality.
Expertise is very important. We need someone who can work independently, not only follow instructions. If something important is missing from our list or from the initial idea, we expect the designer to point it out, suggest a solution, and include it in the plan if necessary.
It is completely fine if you first mark your proposed solution on the floor plan, then we review it together and discuss possible changes before the final drawings and documentation are prepared.
Please note: this is not unpaid test work. The first agreed project will be paid. If we are not satisfied, we may simply decide not to continue with further projects.
Please apply with:
examples of similar building electrical plans
experience with prefabricated concrete buildings, if available
your fixed price for one project
estimated delivery time
what exactly is included in your offer
the software you use, for example AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, DWG, PDF, etc.
confirmation that you reviewed the example ZIP file
confirmation that you can design according to a European 230 V / 400 V electrical system and applicable standards
This is not PCB design and not electronics repair. We need a complete building electrical design package for a turnkey prefabricated concrete house, including technical description, execution drawings, cable routes, circuit allocation, wall elevation drawings, and all necessary electrical planning details.
We are looking for a reliable, precise, and professional partner for possible long-term cooperation.
Thank you.
