Residential building Plumbing & Electrical SLD Drawing Required - Calculation not required for this project, Only Line Diagram and Legends required

I’m finalising the services package for a new commercial facility and need clear, professionally drafted single-line diagrams that cover both the plumbing and the electrical systems. The architectural floor plans are ready; what’s missing is a concise SLD set that I can forward to the consultant team and local authorities for approval.
Scope
• Translate the existing plans into two coordinated single-line drawings—one for plumbing, one for electrical—showing all main runs, branches, symbols, pipe/conductor sizes, legends, and notes.
• Keep the sheets clean and code-compliant so they read at a glance; no overly detailed shop-drawing level information is required at this stage.
• Deliver the files in both DWG (editable) and PDF formats.

1. Layout matches the current floor plan footprints and service entry points.
2. All key fixtures, panels, and risers are labelled and cross-referenced.
3. Line weights, layers, and symbols follow standard conventions so other consultants can layer-link without cleanup.
I’ll supply the floor plans in AutoCAD along with a short design brief the moment we start. If you have examples of previous commercial SLDs, include a link or attachment when you respond so I can gauge drawing style and clarity.
