I'm seeking an expert in electrical engineering to assist with cable sizing and load calculations for a commercial property.

Key Requirements:
- Detailed load calculations for our lighting system and machinery/equipment.
- Sizing of cables based on these load calculations.

I have detailed plans available for the property, so you will have all the necessary information at your disposal.

- Familiarity with lighting and machinery equipment systems.

1. Electrical Load Calculations

Comprehensive load assessments for lighting, sockets, signage, and 3-phase equipment.

2. Circuit Design

Clear circuit diagrams showing:

Socket outlets (multiple radial circuits)

Lighting circuits (two circuits)

Individual 3-phase outlets (each circuit separate)

Signage circuit

3. Cable Sizing & Routing

Precise cable sizing calculations (including voltage drop)

Cable type recommendations (PVC T&E, SWA, etc.)

Clearly annotated cable routes on provided floor plan.

4. Protective Device Specification

Specification of correct MCB/RCD/RCBO ratings per circuit.

Details for surge protection (SPD) if required.

5. Earthing & Bonding

Clearly defined earthing and bonding requirements.

6. Distribution Board Schedule

Detailed distribution board layout and circuit schedules.

7. Compliance & Certification Documentation

Design must fully comply with BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 regulations.

Ready for verification and approval by qualified UK electricians.

⚠️ Standards & Regulations:
