Code for OFDM and OTFS in coexistance.

Need to build the entire OFDM and OTFS system with Transmitter Receiver and Channel. OFDM channel should only encounter with delay and no doppler. OTFS system should have both delay and doppler. I need 2 different code, with same parameters and a code with coexisting both in 1.
