Click PLC program

I'm looking to have a Click PLC program looked at to automate an escape room. It includes intermediate functions like timers and counters. The program is already made. I need someone to come in to try and get it up and running. We have a descriptive step by step guide to how the game should run and the wiring has already been completed although I am unsure if the wiring is a part of the issue.
I'm looking for an experienced programmer that can help me develop this program to fit my needs. They should be knowledgeable about Click PLC programming, especially in regards to the timers and counters.
