Circuit Problem Resolution Needed

i need a friend who is good at electricity to help me to look whether the following wiring in the photo is in parallel or in series. The whole battery set is measure as 3.2 v now. Then he need to tell me how to put one more new battery to maintain the voltage of the whole set as 3.2 v. All the three battery is 3.2 itself.
