Church Pathway Lighting Design

I need a lighting engineer to assist with planning application queries for outdoor church lighting. The primary goal is functional illumination, particularly for pathways, along with up-lighting of the church for aesthetic purposes. The design and choice of lights and a contractor to fit them already in place.
I need lighting design calculations, luminaire specifications and beam angle diagrams towards the building demonstrating that the light is contained withing the architectural limits of the building in order for the planners to accept my application.

Requirements:
