Charger unit

I’m re-configuring a product that already exists but at the same time improving it.
It is within the 1.5 to 5volt range but Requires features that are difficult for a novice to achieve.
The circuit board will need to:
Receive 5v input through wireless.
Charge a group of 1.5v batteries.
Manage the charge rate of the batteries.
Drive a 1.5v motor.
Display through leds the battery levels.
Cut the motor when batteries reach minimum charge.
Be a replaceable item if needed.
