Charge and discharge capacitor circuit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an electrical system with two input switches to charge two independent capacitors with DC pulses with rep rate maximum of 150kHz. I need the same two independent capacitors to discharge/charge to/from a load bidirectionally at a maximum rep rate 300kHz.
The charging switches at the input needs to be controlled by a 3.3V control line, and handle 200V and 15A of current maximum. The bidirectional switches need to handled 200V and 50A of current maximum.
The DC source, controller circuit, capacitors, and load are not part of the requested design.
