Car Throttle Diagnosis Needed

I need an independent ENGINEER REPORT on my car. The main issue is an excessive throttle gas acceleration.at high speed. Ton of testimonies online, hyundai states zero liability, driver issue, insurance companies are falsifying engineer report. I need an indepth engineering report on what happened and the vehicle malfunctioning. A driver manually cannot get up to that speed in split seconds.
