California Stamped Solar Engineering Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a full plan set, signed and wet-stamped by a California-licensed PE, for a commercial rooftop solar-plus-storage system. The array will sit on a flat roof with tilted brackets and must cover seventy panels feeding three inverters and twelve 5 kW batteries. Service is 120/208 V three-phase, and the building has three separate meters that all need to be tied in. The inverters and batteries will be housed inside the electric room.
I already know the panel, inverter, and battery brands I want to use; I will share the exact models once we start. Please design the layout to maximize energy production and make sure the structural and electrical details reflect that goal.
Alongside the construction drawings I also need the complete PG&E interconnection package filled out and ready for my signature. I’ll handle the county permit submission myself, so your deliverable has to be clean, code-compliant, and ready to drop into their portal.
Key deliverables:
• PDF plan set (site, array layout, single-line diagram, conductor and conduit schedules, calculations, spec sheets) bearing your California wet stamp
• Structural calculations for the tilted rooftop racking
• Completed PG&E documents with all supporting exhibits
If something in the scope is unclear let me know up front; otherwise I’m looking for quick turnaround and a revision cycle that gets us to permit-ready plans without surprises.
