California Ground-Mount Solar Plans

I’m moving an existing rooftop solar array to a pole-mounted, ground installation here in California and need a licensed engineer to create permit-ready plans. The new array will sit close to a building, so the drawings must clearly address setbacks, structural loads, conduit routing, and any code considerations tied to proximity.

What I need from you: complete stamped construction documents suitable for submission to the local AHJ—site plan, structural calcs, mounting details, and any electrical revisions triggered by the relocation. Please base everything on current California Building Code, CBC seismic and wind requirements, and the latest NEC.
