Calculated waveguide operational parameters

I have a waveguide that i need the operating parameters calculated.
Cut off frequencies? CF.
Qtr wave , half wave, full wave radiation patterns.
I want t know everything i can about this waveguide. The waveguide is ss 304 open on both ends set in derlin. Has a dielectric in-between dielectric constant of 78.54 its made to be fed from the center tube by an antenna. If you need more information i will provide it.
