CNC Programmer for Servo Motor Control
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need an experienced CNC programmer who can help me program and use Teknic SDLSK or MCPV servo motors for a CNC machine.
- Machine Type:Teknic motor driving a pump heads on the push of a UI button or digital manual push button that we need to adjust speed and steps adjustable on a UI
- Functionality: The primary focus will be on speed control of the servo motors.
- Control Platform: The system should be designed as a UI that can control the servo motors on any platform, be it PC, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or PLC.
Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with CNC programming and a deep understanding of servo motor functionality and control. Knowledge of creating user interfaces for controlling these systems will be a significant advantage. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in the past. Experience with replacing cnc motors with servo motors a big advantage.
The system is a dosing system where I want to control speed step and direction of 2 sdsk teknic servo motors driving pump heads as a pair each delivering 2 different steps at two different speeds with the push of 1 button either a physical button or UI computer screen button. The UI will allow for changes individually to the speed and steps of each motor. there are 8 motors on 4 different dosing taps.
