Build a gps sticker prototype

I want to build a very thin small sticker that can put a very small gps tracker in it. The gps sticker should be so thin that it should almost fit on evenly with a credit card.

Then the sticker should be able to connect to a server wirelessly from a far distance so that the sticker can be tracked.

Also, if possible I would like to put a thin speaker inside the sticker as well, that would connect to the server as well. If this can’t be added to the sticker, it’s not a big deal.

If the prototyping goes well, then I would have to eventually figure out away to mass produce it .
